Our Vision
Don Bosco considers Technical Vocational Education and Training a citizen empowerment tool for a quality assured workforce and life skills to enable sustainable livelihoods and socio-economic development.
Our Mission
As a Vocational Technical Centre, Don Bosco seeks to transform young people and capable citizen to meet the challenges of everyday life including employment through the provision of quality assured technical and vocational skills qualifications.
Our Values
Don Bosco seeks the development of young people, preferably those who are most needy, intointegrated human beings who are firmly committed to the service of God, their neighbour andtheir country
As a Catholic College, Don Bosco shares in the mission of the Church to form genuine Christians,who live by the gospel values and put their God given talents at the service of their neighbour
As a Samoan Catholic College, Don Bosco endeavours to form upright citizens, imbued withauthentic Samoan values and contributing according to their particular skills and capabilities to themaking of a just and human society

Don Bosco will develop and maintain an effective and efficient process driven Quality Management System which provides quality education and training that meets its objectives and the standards stipulated by the Samoa Qualification Framework.
